15-Workflow Full-Chain Process

A constitutional lock, an analysis track, a decision, and a delivery factory.

DiligencePilot runs a fixed chain of fifteen workflows. Workflow 0 establishes the framework. Workflows 1–8 produce the internal analysis. Workflow 9 issues the decision. Workflows 10–14 produce committee-portable deliverables.

FIG · G.3 15-Workflow Chain and Delivery Factory — chain flow inside the constitutional framework

Workflow Cards

Each workflow's role, input and output at architectural level.

Full workflow texts, reusable internal logic and fixed control matrices are withheld as a matter of confidentiality discipline.

Phase A · Constitutional Lock

The first workflow establishes the operating framework. Until this passes, no analysis or delivery workflow fires.

Workflow 0

Constitution

The lock that establishes the evaluation framework. Output: an evaluation framework in Governance-Lock status.

Output gate: governance-locked status verified. No further workflows fire until this passes.

Phase B · Internal Analysis Track

Nine workflows operate the criteria library, risk scan, external verification and scoring — all under the framework locked in Phase A.

Workflow 1

Source Mapping

Standardise the file's internal structure. Output: standardised source map, header-evidence matching and annex-consistency report.

Reads file metadata, validates the source map, and surfaces structural inconsistencies before any criterion is evaluated.

Workflow 2

Criteria Scan

Internal scan across the 50-module × 20-criteria architecture. Output: module scores and signal synthesis.

1,000 criteria across 50 modules; each result is tagged with its evidence tier and deal-breaker flag.

Workflow 3

Risk / Contradiction

Detect in-file contradictions, risk signals and confidence erosion. Output: risk markers and contradiction list.

Detects three risk classes: claim/document contradictions, missing evidence, and confidence erosion across sections.

Workflow 4

External Query Set

Produce targeted query sets against external public sources. Output: scope-governed search queries and expected evidence types.

Query sets are auditable and respect scope guardrails — no personal-data lookups, no off-policy public-source classes.

Workflow 5

External Findings

Capture external-research findings in a standard card format. Output: source-link consolidation and findings card.

Each external finding is captured in a standard card with source link, confidence tier and applicability scope.

Workflow 6

Campaign Simulation

Campaign demand simulation for crowdfunding files. Output: anchor dependency and target-achievement outlook.

Anchor dependency, retail-investor pull-through and target-reach probability — bounded to the CROWDFUNDING context.

Workflow 7

Valuation

Valuation fairness, comparable benchmarking and dilution analysis. Output: valuation range, dilution outlook and fairness note.

Triangulates valuation across comparables, scenario discount and dilution paths; flags fairness deviations.

Workflow 8

Feasibility

Reality check of the amount, plan and timeline stated in the file. Output: feasibility note and critical risk signals.

Validates the amount, plan and timeline against the file's own internal feasibility against external benchmarks.

Workflow 9

Decision

Combine nine scoring blocks with context-based weights. Output: final score, decision label, one-line decision statement.

Combines nine domains under the active context-weight matrix into a single 0–100 score and a label family.

Phase C · Committee & Delivery Track

Five workflows convert the analysis into committee-portable deliverables — memo, package, executive report, DD list and final Word file.

Workflow 10

Committee Package

Produce a committee-ready package. Output: package and pre/in/post-meeting action set.

Pre-meeting brief, in-meeting discussion frame and post-meeting action set, formatted for committee circulation.

Workflow 11

Decision Memo

Concise committee decision support note. Output: 1–2 page memo.

1–2 page concise memo — designed to land in the committee inbox 24h before the meeting.

Workflow 12

Executive Report

Word-ready executive report. Output: language-polished, heading-disciplined report text.

The archival document of record; runs through delivery-language QC and reference cleanup.

Workflow 13

DD Request List

One-shot additional-information list. Output: structured DD request list (optional).

Optional. Generated only when the decision label requires additional information before final committee review.

Workflow 14

Word Delivery

Convert the executive report into a professional .docx. Output: standard format and heading hierarchy.

Final .docx under the institutional document standard — heading hierarchy, link discipline, technical-marker cleanup.

Full-Chain precedence

Even if a user writes a manual step list, the selected Full-Chain configuration takes precedence. The illusion of modular freedom cannot dissolve the discipline. The platform prefers the configuration to the user.
